Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final. As all Dreamsleeves products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
Faulty or incorrect items We will offer a free replacement and/or a partial or full refund where applicable if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we have sent you the wrong item. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at Dreamsleeves.uk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the fault.
In the event that we require a faulty or wrong item to be returned to us, we will provide you with a free return shipping label via a QR Code.
What we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Slight colour variations due to screen display differences
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt
